Inclusive education is a humanitarian effort to ensure social justice emphasizing the human rights approach where education is a right for all. Therefore, children?s readiness to be accepted in mainstream classes is no longer the issue in question. In fact, demands have now been transferred to school systems where they need to be accepting and adaptable to students? diverse needs ensuring their inclusion and active participation The current project examines between teacher-related psychological variables (i.e. teacher agency, teacher grit, and teacher resiliency) and their attitudes towards inclusive education, and tests the mediating effect of the severity of disability on such associations. As such the current research project seeks to answer the following research questions: 1- What is the relationship between teacher agency and teachers? attitudes towards inclusive education? 2- What is the relationship between teacher grit and teachers? attitudes towards inclusive education? 3- What is the relationship between teacher resiliency and teachers? attitudes towards inclusive education? 4- Does the severity of disability have a mediating effect on the associations between teacher agency, teacher grit, teacher resiliency, and teachers? attitudes towards inclusive education? The current research project has some expected outcomes as follows: 1- Highlighting the importance of teacher-related variables (agency, grit, and resiliency) in boosting inclusive education practices in Oman 2- Understanding the associations between teacher related variables (agency, grit, and resiliency) and attitudes towards inclusive education in Oman. 3- Understanding the effect of the severity of disability in the association between teacher related variables (agency, grit, and resiliency) and attitudes towards inclusive education 4- Publishing the results in indexed peer reviewed journals and presenting the results in regional and international conferences.
