Description

In the present study, the researchers propose to examine the leadership integrity of expatriate managers within the Omani private sector. In particular, we wish to examine how Omani employees perceive leadership integrity among their expatriate supervisors. In this regard, we wish to examine mediating, moderating, and mediated-moderating role of the leader?s deceitful behavior and impression management technique affecting the relationship between the leadership integrity and employees? knowledge hiding behavior. A multi-level and multi study based quantitative research will be conducted where study 1 will be based upon field survey and study 2 will be a scenario based experimental design to confirm and compare study 1. The research will enable managers and stakeholders of the various private sector organizations in Oman to understand expatriate leadership behavior and how Omani employees perceive, and react to, the their supervisors? leadership integrity
