Abstract
The subject of archives are the heritage, memory and history of any institution. Through this article, we treat records relating to elections to the Constituent Assembly of 23 October 2011. This is a completely specific event on all fronts : political, social and administrative. It has also allowed us to see how to collect, process and store documents from the elections of the 23rd of October 2011, What do we need to do to set up a filing system ? What tools are we to use and what methods to rely on to achieve the archiving of documents of the Forum for Independent and Higher Elections and easy retrieval by future generations?
