Exact solution of the momentum balance Equation for a multilayer immiscible liquid system following the criterion of Newtonian fluids under laminar flow is presented. The exact solutions for the multilayer system are found by identifying patterns in the expressions for velocities in two-, three-, four-, and five-layer liquid systems. Finally, the method has been generalised to find solutions for an n-layer hypothetical system. Examples for the velocity profile of two and three layers of real liquids along with that of a twenty-layer hypothetical immiscible liquid system are presented.
