Abstract

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is one of the techniques for assessing sustainability of supply chains. There have been raising interests in incorporating sustainability in supply chain operations. The objective of this article is to develop a dynamic network DEA (DNDEA) model for calculating both optimistic and pessimistic efficiency and effectiveness. Also, our proposed model can deal with undesirable outputs. Our model can rank sustainable supply chains in terms of optimistic and pessimistic efficiency and effectiveness. A case study demonstrates efficacy of our proposed model.
