Abstract
After a general introduction, we present here the needs and waiting of the various users of the numerical documents, and this through carried out surveys carried out for the period from March to June 2002 near a varied public of specialized, municipal, university libraries and resource centers. We also present the principal projects and the various activities of collaboration carried out by these libraries and also by the users at the time of their information retrievals. Lastly, we analyze the results and we advance the prospects for this work.
