N2 - Currently, most of education systems prohibit the use of mobile devices during learning and learners are very rarely allowed to use mobile devices web browser to find information during lessons or exercises. The concept of M-learning combines the advantage of network wireless technologies and mobility to be used in the education and learning processes considering the learning availability anytime and anywhere lead to M-learning as a new model of learning technology. The M-learning approaches are not provided to replace traditional learning systems but they can be involved to complement the learning process in our colleges and universities. The objective of this research was to assess the awareness and acceptance of M-learning among Omani higher education learners. An empirical analysis study has been conducted for 6 months against learners' students at higher education to analyse and evaluate learners' awareness and acceptance of M-learning adoption. The study findings can be used to support the research, development and adoption of M-learning in future.
