Abstract

The Academy of the Arabic Language in Libya took upon itself the task of contributing to the audio lesson
And then called for a conference (language Phonetics), continuing with three previous conferences, and in compliance with this invitation signed my choice - within the framework of what is an activity for me - on the book (Al-Zahir fi maeani kalimat alnaas), by Ibn Al-Anbari; And the modernists, which resulted - based on my humble understanding - that the research after the introduction is divided into a preface to introduce the book under study, and five sections, as follows:
The first topic: phonetic substitution between the constant.
The second topic: substitution between short vowels.
The third topic: the metathesis.
The fourth topic: Homophone " Aissimilation - Dissimilation – following and coupling".
The fifth topic: incorrect phonetically.

The research ended with the conclusion and the list of sources and references, and it was found through the conclusion that the proverbs or sayings of people - the subject of the book - have many phonetic issues, which can be discussed, towards the phonetic substitution between the fast, and the replacement between the short sounds, and the spatial heart, and the types of harmony and proportionality of the Phonetic , towards similar and violation, and follow and pair, and the issue of incorrect phonetically, and the prod and leave it, and other phonology investigations, which referred to it. It turns out that Ibn al-Anbari's approach in al-Zahir – specifically in his treatment of phonetic issues – is marked by the descriptive approach, so he described the linguistic material that he collected from the likes of people and their sayings, noting them stable through the different levels of language, with some few explanations. In the framework of that, Ibn al-Anbari was keen to support his views through the Holy Qur'an, sometimes hadith, poetry and prose, which enables us to say that all this martyrdom is one of the most important methodological foundations on which he built his handling of this amount of people's words, and in the framework of all that, Ibn al-Anbari did not overlook the relationship between the levels of linguistic analysis.
The research focused on that the effectiveness of vocal formation, and the so-called differentiated vocal qualities must explain a deeper interpretation of this directed vocal orientation, and that the aesthetic activity of the sound can not be separated from what we call – simply – Idgham or tide or soft or substitution or endowment and housing, and other manifestations of sound construction, and rejects the innocent meaning of the effectiveness of the composition and context, and such a rejection – as he said – is created to make us reconsider the formations Many of the construction of language and poetry together, aesthetic analysis enriches the structure and context, and plays an important role in adapting a special view of literary meaning and its artistic value.
This, and I had a recommendation, in which I pointed out that the book Zahir in the meanings of people's words represents a wealth of language not to be reckoned with, in relation to all levels of linguistic analysis, it can be a field for many morphological, grammatical and semantic issues, especially the means of synergy of the linguistic system with the audio lesson through phonetic phenomena, especially following and pairing.
