Abstract
This research belongs methodologically to studies of influence and influence between literatures, and aims to examine the effect of “employing the names of foreign characters” in modern Arabic poetry by studying the presence of the Spanish poet Lorca in the poetry of the 1960s. The research began by asking about the feasibility of the presence of “names of foreign figures” and its literary benefit in correspondences, visions, and presenting ideas. Then, it addressed the general and specific reasons for this phenomenon. Then, it focused on defining the special experience of Lorca’s personality, then studied the types of his presence through various texts by major Arab poets, then He critically discussed the technical levels of that presence, and concluded by mentioning the most important results.
