تأثير المعطيات النحوية واللغوية في مواقف شُرّاح صحيح مسلم من تعدد رواياته The effect of grammatical and linguistic data on the attitudes of Sahih Muslim commentators on the multiplicity of its narrations

الحديث النبوي الشريف واللغة العربية صنوان لا غنى لأحدهما عن الآخر، فكما أنّ الحديث النبوي الشريف مصدر من مصادر الاحتجاج لأجل قواعد اللغة؛ فإن التمكّن من قواعد اللغة شرط لفهم الحديث وشرحه، واستنباط أحكامه. وتأكيدًا لتلك العلاقة الوثقى سعت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تعرُّف المعطيات اللغوية والنحوية التي استعان بها شراح صحيح الإمام مسلم لبيان مواقفهم من تعدد رواياته، وقد خلصت إلى أنهم ليس لهم موقف واحد من تعدد روايات الحديث الشريف، ولا يقلد بعضُهم بعضًا في ذلك، ولا يلتزمون منهجًا واحدًا فيما يتعلق بالتأثير اللغوي في تعدد الروايات، فحينًا يعتمدون على التخريج اللغوي للدفاع عن رواية، وحينًا يُسْقِطون رواية -مع إمكان تخريجها لغويًّا- متّهِمين الرواة بالتصرف فيها، وقد يُسْقِطون بعضها دون ذكر سبب.
The noble hadith of the Prophet and the Arabic language are indispensable to each other, just as the noble hadith of the Prophet is a source of protest for the sake of grammar; Mastery of grammar is a condition for understanding and explaining the hadith, and deriving its rulings. And in confirmation of that close relationship, this research paper sought to identify the linguistic and grammatical data that the commentators of Sahih Imam Muslim used to clarify their positions on the multiplicity of its narrations. One is with regard to the linguistic influence on the multiplicity of narrations. Sometimes they rely on linguistic graduation to defend a narration, and sometimes they drop a narration -even though it can be linguistically graduated- accusing the narrators of acting on it, and they may drop some of them without mentioning a reason
