Abstract
ملخّص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مفهوم أراضي الصوافي، وذلك عن طريق تتبع الإشارات التي وردت حول هذا النمط من الأراضي والكشف عن أوجه الاتفاق أو الاختلاف بين طريقة معالجة موسوعتا (الضياء) للعوتبي، و(المصنف) للكندي لهذا الموضوع. وذلك لأن الضياء والمصنف تعدان من الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليهما في استخراج مادة علمية تؤرخ للحياة الاقتصادية في عمان، بالإضافة إلى أن مفهوم الصوافي يختلف من مكان لآخر وفقا لطبيعة المنطقة ولأحوالها، وهناك شبه في تناول أراضي الصوافي عند كلا من العوتبي، والكندي، رغم أن العوتبي تناولها بصورة فقهية شرعية- على خلاف المعروف عنه بأنه مؤرخ أكثر منه فقيها- فإن ذلك التناول الفقهي عائد إلى طبيعة موسوعة الضياء نفسها لا إلى تخصص العوتبي.
اتبعت الدراسة منهج البحث التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي في استخراج المادة العلمية، وكذلك المنهج المقارن الذي يبين أوجه الاتفاق أو الاختلاف بين موسوعتا (الضياء) و(المصنف) في معالجتها لموضوع الصوافي.

Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the concept of the Sawafi, and the areas of agreement or difference between the approach of the two encyclopedias (Al-Dhia) by Al-Lutbi, and (Al-Musannaf) by Al-Kindi on this subject. This is because Al-Diyaa and Al-Musannaf are considered among the Omani legal encyclopedias that can be relied upon for scientific material chronicling economic life in Oman. The study followed the historical, descriptive, and analytical research approach in extracting the scientific material, as well as the comparative approach in explaining the areas of agreement or difference between the encyclopedias (Al-Diyaa) and (Al-Musannaf) in their treatment of the subject of Al-Sawafi.
