The innovation in digital technology have been widely recognized and it is considered the driven steer for future developments in recent industries advancing the world in to the 6th digital revolution, including healthcare sectors as in telemedicine, tele-care, or health tele-practice. Health sector innovation is a basic approach of Oman vision 2040 (2021). Virtual clinics as well is one the Sultan Qaboos University Hospital 2040 visions .The WHO (2021) highlighted on the importance of utilizing digital technology in healthcare system that ?the use and scale up of digital health can revolutionize how people worldwide can achieve higher standards of health and the positive impact is in the importance of utilizing digital healthcare services to promote their health and wellbeing?. A variety of studies done internationally that presents the effectiveness of tele-health in the recent revolution era. Therefore, this project came out with the need to create a digital online platform involving two main core health services that are reported by the WHO (2021) as, fundamental services that are basic health needs by a nation in order to maintain wellbeing as well as confirmed as the most inclusive, equitable, cost-effective and efficient approach to enhance people?s health. These are Health promotion and wellbeing services, and primary healthcare (PHC) services, joining them in one fully integrated virtual clinic platform.
