Description
This study proposal is for a non-randomized quasi-experimental study with an experiment and control group to assess the effectiveness of a program designed to support nursing students in their clinical education. The program comprises four sessions, covering topics such as stress management, building self-efficacy, and preparing for clinical exams. Both participating groups will be asked to complete a paper-based survey one week before and one week after the program delivery. The study aims to examine whether this program can improve the clinical education and experiences of nursing students. The ethical considerations of the study include obtaining informed consent from participants, ensuring the confidentiality of personal information, and minimizing any potential risks related to the study?s intervention.
