This study proposal is for a non-randomized quasi-experimental study with an experiment and control group to assess the effectiveness of a program designed to support nursing students in their clinical education. The program comprises four sessions, covering topics such as stress management, building self-efficacy, and preparing for clinical exams. Both participating groups will be asked to complete a paper-based survey one week before and one week after the program delivery. The study aims to examine whether this program can improve the clinical education and experiences of nursing students.
