Countries' strategy tends to support small enterprises because this is one of the pillars of economic growth, expanding the base of human resources and talents, reducing unemployment and poverty, and plastic arts is one of the areas concerned with the best numbers of specialized technical skills capable of working in areas related to creative and artistic industries, which help to Support modern ideas and projects through the multiple formation of Resin Art. That art is working on finding innovative solutions to face many of the social and economic problems facing social security families to employ small-scale artistic production. And the Sultanate of Oman, like other countries that have paid an active interest in the promotion of small enterprises, especially after the recent economic crisis that faced the world, and this research aims to benefit from the resin material to produce small projects to empower women of social security families in the Sultanate of Oman
