Increasing the Role of Women in Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Encouraging Women in Developing Countries to Use the Intellectual Property System

The proposed project aims at strengthening the innovative capacity of the participating countries, focusing on increasing the participation of women inventors and innovators in the national innovation system by supporting them in using the IP system more effectively. In particular, the project will assist and support women inventors and innovators to broaden their awareness, knowledge and use of the IP system through better support programs, access to mentorships and opportunities to network.
