Description

This research aims to examine the effectiveness and challenges of bilingual Education in the CASS/SQU. In the second stage of the study, the same research instruments will be used at Sohar Unvesity, Nizwa University, Al Sharqiya University, and Dhofar University. Specifically, the research aims to address students?/teachers? perceptions on the relevance of the bilingual program to their personal goals, students? /teachers? perceptions on the existence of a clear language policy in their department, students?/teachers? perceptions on the teaching, learning and assessment, students?/teachers? perceptions on language awareness and use, and students?/teachers? perceptions on what the department could do to improve the bilingual program.
