Adverse Childhood Experience among Omani Adults: Prevalence and Predictors

This study aims to determine the relationship between adverse childhood events, some chronic diseases, and high-risk behaviors in Omani adults in Muscat. The knowledge that can be gained from this study will inform initiatives to prevent violence against children. All Omani adults over the age of 18 who live in the Muscat Governorate are invited to participate in this study. They will be asked to answer questionnaire questions about some childhood events and their current health status. The sample will include 600 people, we will use some hospitals and malls to collect the required sample.
