N2 - This study investigates the legitimacy of selling and using nonconventional weapons pursuant to the provisions of Jordan Civil Law and international agreements. The present research distinguishes between two hypotheses relevant to those countries, signed and ratified the international agreements, which ban using non-conventional weapons, and those countries, which have not yet signed and ratified the agreements in question.
