ملخص

This paper aims to explore the influence of individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) on entrepreneurial bricolage in the context of micro-entrepreneurs in a resource constraint developing country. To test the proposed relationships in the model, PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation modelling) technique is used based on the responses of 207 micro-entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. The outcome of this study reveals that the dimensions of IEO (pro-activeness, innovativeness, and risk-taking) prompted micro-entrepreneurs to run their ventures efficiently even in a setting with resource constraints. This paper contributes to the entrepreneurship research domain by introducing individual entrepreneurial orientation as predictors of entrepreneurial bricolage, which is to the best of knowledge unique till date.
