ملخص

This paper is part of an extensive PhD study conducted by the researcher, which aims to identify the values and principles of global citizenship , which can be included teaching fine arts curricula in the Sultanate of Oman. The paper also aims to identify the role of fine arts in the education of global citizenship. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used Quasi-Experimental design. Many studies indicated that the world is witnessing a crisis of citizenship and because of the scarcity of studies that dealt with these values and principles in some curricula in general, and fine arts curricula in particular, and believing in the importance of teaching topics that include the values and principles of global citizenship through the curricula of fine arts, this study aims to develop students' awareness of some of the values of the international
citizenship and its principles, and to emphasize the role of fine arts in building student personality, composition, and preparation as an important means of communicating and clarifying information, simplifying and explaining knowledge and sciences
