ملخص

This research aims to identify the female students' opinions about Holy Quran memorization strategies performed by parents within the family and its role in the development of memorizing the Holy Quran. To achieve this, the researchers developed a scale of 30-paragraph that falls into three areas. The research sample consisted of 147 students from South Batinah Governorate in Oman who were randomly selected from six school. The results of this research revealed that the degree of parents' practice of Quran
memorization strategies among female students in general was moderate with an arithmetic average of (3.24). It also revealed a difference in the degree of practicing those strategies among the three research areas. The fields of planning and implementation received a moderate degree of practice, while the impact field received a high degree of practice. Moreover,
the research showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (a= 0.05) among the average strategies of practicing the Quran memorization among students between the basic and post-basic education in fields of planning and implementation strategies in favor of basic education, while the results did not show those differences in the impact field. This
study recommended that parents should practice the Holy Quran memorization strategies with their children in a better way, especially in fields of planning and implementation, and in post-basic education stage.
