ملخص

This research stems from the problem of dealing with traditional emotional texts as if they are of one type or that they present an individual subjective experience when in reality they are It is not formulated based on the poet's subjective experience, it is not read in one way, and it does not provide a consistent or equal interaction with the reader. The research applied the phenomenological approach, which views the artistic work as consisting of two poles: the text and the reader. The research dealt with examples of poetry written by the Omani poet Abu Al-Sufi between the years (1912 AD and 1930 AD). One of the most important results reached by the research is that the reader’s interaction is what sends emotional texts out of context, and that the reader reads texts with his feelings and knowledge, and if they agree with what he is creating, his experiences will be projected onto him, and he may live the experience again in a way that is different from the text, and if agreement is not achieved, he will seek The aesthetic aspects of the text, but if he does not find anything that affects him, he will take a critical position on the text, and he may judge society’s progress or backwardness through the text. The research recommended looking at the emotional experience as if it does not match the text or its actual existence, nor can it be reduced to the reader’s subjectivity, but rather is achieved through the interaction between them in the reading experience. It recommended that critical reading pay attention to the impact that emotional texts have because the impact differs from reader to reader. Another leads to the multiplicity of meanings that the work presents across the stages of time.
