لم يختلف المسلمون في ثبوت النص القرآني، ولكنهم اختلفوا في فهم هذا النص وتأويله، فبينما أخذ أكثر المفسرين بالاجتهاد والرأي، التزم آخرون بالتفسير بالرواية انحصر النص معه في نطاق ضيق، وجعل التفسير عرضة للنقد تبعا لصحة الرواية سندا ومتنا. تبين هذه الدراسة أهمية التفسير بالرواية، وأثره على تفسير النص القرآني، وموقف العلماء منه، ثم تذكر أهم ضوابط قبول الرواية في التفسير؛ مثل صحة السند، ومخالفة القرآن الكريم، ومخالفة أصول الأعتقاد، ومخالفة العلوم التجريبية، ثم مخالفة الحس والعقل. وفي القسم الثاني: تعرض الدراسة نماذج مما ورد في كتب الصحاح من هذه الرويات وتبين موافقتها أومخالفتها للضوابط المذكورة، وخلصت إلى أن بعض ما ورد في الصحاح مما يعد تفسيرا للآيات القرآنية لا يتفق وضوابط قبول الرواية في التفسير، وهذا لا يعني بحال القدح في كتب الحديث ولا التقليل من شأنها، وإنما هو شأن العمل البشري الخلل والنقص، والكمال لله وحده.
Abstract
Muslims did not differ in the undisputedly of the “Quranic text”, but differed in the understanding of this text and its interpretation. While most interpreters used interpretative judgment (Ijtihad) and opinion, others committed themselves to the interpretation by the novels (Ar’riwaya) which confined the text to a narrow range and made the interpretation subject to criticism - according to the authenticity of the novel (As’sanad wa Almaten).
This study shows the importance of the” interpretation by the novel”, and its impact on the interpretation of the” Quranic text”, along with the position of the scholars from it. Then, the study mentions the most important regulations of acceptance of the novels in the interpretation, such as the validity of the bond (As’sanad), the violation of “the Qur’an”, the violation of the principles of belief (Eitiqad), the violation of experimental Science, and the violation of the common sense and reasoning. In the second section, the study presents examples of novels from “the books of the Sahih” and shows their adherence or contravention to these regulations. The study concluded that some of what is included in the Sahih, as an interpretation of the Qur'anic verses, does not agree with the regulations of acceptance of the novel in interpreting. This is not meant to underestimate or diminish the “books of Hadeeth” but deficiencies and imperfections are of the human nature, as perfection is for God alone
