الازدواجية اللغوية ورهانات الهُوية والعولمة الثقافية: (قراءة في ضوء الدراسات الثقافية): الازدواجية اللغوية ورهانات الهُوية والعولمة الثقافية: (قراءة في ضوء الدراسات الثقافية)

يُعنى البحثُ بدراسة الوظائف الاجتماعية والثقافية والحضارية للغة وفق الدراسات الثقافية التي تدرس الترابط الجدلي بين الفكر واللغة وعلاقتها بالوعي الحضاري والهوية الثقافية، ويتحقّق هذا الأمر بتحليل العلاقة القائمة بين اللغة والممارسات الاجتماعية والثقافية، يلي ذلك تفسير وظائف اللغة وما ينشأ عنها من قضايا لغوية تتعلّق باللغة الأم وتراتبية الهامش والمتن في علاقتها باللغات المحلية والهجينة، وكذلك بالثنائية اللغوية أو التعددية اللغوية؛ وعلى هدي هذه الرؤية ستتم قراءة الأنساق اللغوية المؤثِّرة في صياغة الوعي بالهُوية، بوصفها مفاهيم ووقائع قارة في الواقع اللغوي والحضاري، إذ إنَّ التلازم بين اللغة وتكوّن الهويات يفضي إلى اعتبار اللغة المرتكز الرئيس في التركيب الحضاري للأمم كلها بأنساقها الثقافية والاجتماعية والمعرفية، وسيعرض البحث لظاهرة الازدواجية اللغوية بقسميها وعلى النحو الآتي:
1ـ الازدواجية اللغوية بين الفصحى والعامية.
2ـ الازدواجية اللغوية بين اللغة العربية واللغات الأخرى.
فمن المعلوم أنَّ الإنسان يتلقّى عالمه باللغة، وتتكوَّن معارفه وأنماط وعيه بوساطتها، بل إنّ أفكاره لن تتمظهر فعليًّا إلّا باللغة التي يتداولها، لذا نجد أنَّ الإنسان العربي الذي يفكِّر بالعامية ويعبّر عن مشاعره بلغته العامية المحلية سيواجه صعوبة في نقلها إلى اللغة الفصيحة، وسيؤدي ذلك النقل إلى خسارة المدى الدّلالي للكلمات وإيحاءاتها وظلالها، وهو أمر يماثل الترجمة من لغة إلى أخرى، ويبدو ذلك جليًّا في تكوّن هويات محلية متشظّية عن الهُوية الأُم؛ فضلًا عن أثر الثقافة الغربية الغالبة في تكوين أنساق معرفية وحضارية وثقافية تجعل اللغات الأجنبية ولا سيَّما الإنكليزية على قمّة هرم التراتبية اللُّغوية، هذا إلى جانب انحسار اللغة الفصيحة وعيًا وثقافةً في مشاريع التنوير والتثاقف والتواصل ضمن ما يُعرف اليوم بالعولمة الثقافية.

Abstract:
This research delves into the crucial role that language plays in shaping social, cultural, and civilizational functions. Drawing on cultural studies, we explore the intricate relationship between ideology and language, and how they contribute to our understanding of cultural identity and civilizational awareness. Our analysis focuses on the interplay between language, social and cultural practices, highlighting the linguistic issues that arise in connection with native language, local and hybrid languages, and bilingualism and multilingualism.
Our research reveals that language patterns have a profound impact on the formation of identity, as they shape our concepts and beliefs about the world. We argue that language is a cornerstone of civilizational composition, as it reflects the cultural, social, and cognitive patterns of entire nations. To illustrate this point, we examine the phenomenon of bilingualism in two distinct contexts:
1- Colloquial and Standard Language.
2- Arabic and Other Languages.
We recognize that language is the primary means by which we acquire knowledge and awareness, and that our ideals are expressed through the language we use. However, we also acknowledge that the use of colloquial language can pose challenges when attempting to convey complex ideas in standard Arabic. This can result in a loss of semantic scale and connotations, leading to fragmented local identities that are disconnected from the broader cultural context.
Moreover, we recognize the influence of Western culture on the formation of cognitive, civilizational, and cultural patterns. Our research underscores the importance of understanding the complex interplay between language, culture, identity, and the need to develop strategies that promote linguistic diversity and cultural awareness. By doing so, we can foster a more inclusive and equitable society that values and celebrates linguistic and cultural differences in the so-called cultural globalization.
