- The role of higher education institutions in raising the position of the Sultanate of Oman in the Global Innovation Index: Reality and aspirations in light of Oman?s vision 2040

This proposed project aims to assess the current situation of the role of higher education institutions in raising the position of the Sultanate of Oman in the Global Innovation Index by studying: the current situation, the extent of progress and the enabling factors including policies, material and human capabilities, procedures, study programs, research programs, and various related projects and activities. It also aims to identify the mechanisms that help address the current situation in light of the indicators of innovation targeted in Oman Vision 2040.
