The level of political awareness among higher education institutions students in the Sultanate of Oman and its relationship with some variables

This research aims to identify the political sources of knowledge among students in higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the level of political awareness among these students. The study will also test the effect of a number of variables on this awareness, mainly, gender, educational institution, income, educational level of students? parents , specialization, and participation in student activities. The study will employ both descriptive and analytical approaches, as an appropriate method to achieve the objectives of the research. In the light of the findings of the previous studies in this area, the study will build a scale of consciousness which will be applied on a representative sample of higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, taking into account the sample representation of variables. After the collection of data, the study will use appropriate statistical methods to analyze data.
