This project seeks to translate the priority of identity and citizenship in the Oman 2040 Vision into kindergartens, by building an educational unit on ?national songs derived from Omani folklore,? and revealing their effectiveness in developing citizenship values and enjoying learning among children. The study seeks to build a link between citizenship as a national value. Popular folklore as a cultural symbol, and music as a tool of expression in order to enhance the connection between education and the implementation of Oman Vision 2040. This will be achieved by achieving several goals: revealing the reality of musical education to develop the values of citizenship and enjoyment of learning among children in the Sultanate of Oman. Building an educational unit. Proposed to develop the values of citizenship and enjoyment of learning among children through patriotic songs derived from Omani folklore among kindergarten children. The study adopts a mixed research approach based on combining the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach, and its sample is accordingly diverse, including kindergarten curricula and a sample of children to whom this academic unit will be applied. It is expected that two scientific papers will be published from the project, in addition to coming up with an innovative study unit on the use of songs. Patriotism derived from popular folklore.
