Implementation and performance evaluation of environmental technologies for oil contaminated soil and water

RAY is currently implementing, under contract with several operators, different environmental technologies to process industrial waste. The efficiency and performance of these technologies need to be evaluated through high performance analysis and compared to field obtained data. SQU will provide the laboratory facilities and the expertise to analyze samples and evaluate the performance of the technologies in the field. Both parties will discuss the methods and techniques necessary to process the soil and water samples and define the analytical protocol necessary to determine the levels of contaminants and decontamination curves and patterns of time. Both parties will agree on baseline samples determination and analytical procedures for testing the sample. During the investigation, the parties, may identify and define new techniques for processing and analyzing as well as implement new methods and techniques if deemed necessary.
