Instructional models are one of the most important means to activate the educational process and activate the latent perceptions of students in various disciplines, especially if they are used within active learning strategies, and other non-traditional education strategies that have become of interest to educational and academic circles now. Gamification skills have also become one of the academically targeted priorities in Sultan Qaboos University's plan, which defines its main research framework package. In the diverse experiences of the research team, combining the two contexts of theory and practical application, the idea of the research arose, which is based on the idea of creating designs for Instructional models inspired by gamification skills by combining ceramic techniques and 3D printing. The main endeavor of the research team is to develop this type of educational practices at Sultan Qaboos University, considering the economic aspect associated with it, which is to provide models of the university's production to serve its educational purposes, as well as the opportunity for the possibility of marketing it in the future. In this research proposal, the research team will address, through the rules of design, and through the guidance of a theoretical, technical, and historical framework, by conducting a set of applied experiments, aimed at designing and producing a number of instructional models, based on activating gamification techniques and skills, by taking advantage of the productive capabilities. The innovative, made possible by the combination of techniques of ceramic art and the art of 3D printing. These experiments, and the production of the models that will result from them, will be carried out inside the ceramic workshop attached to the Art Education Department, as well as within the graphic design lab of the same department, with the help - when producing accurate and complex models, which require specialized production capabilities - Porsche 3D Print Company, Located within the cultural center of Sultan Qaboos University. A set of instructional models resulting from this research will be allocated for use in the active learning system, within the decisions of the Art Education Department, with the possibility of cloning them later, to benefit the departments wishing to benefit from them at Sultan Qaboos University, as well as with the possibility of making them available for public marketing, through channels official designated for that at the university.
