Career counseling self-efficacy and accurate empathic understanding level among career counselors in Sultanate of Oman.

The purpose of this study is to assess career counseling self-efficacy and accurate empathic understanding level among career counselors in Sultanate of Oman. This study attempts to answer the following questions: 1- what is the extent to whichcareer counselors have career counseling self-efficacy? 2-what is the extent to which career counselors have accurate empathic understanding level? 3- Are there significant differences in career counseling self-efficacy due to gender, experienceand qualification, and directorate?4- Are there significant differences in accurate empathic understanding level due to gender, experience and qualification, and directorate? The sample will consist of all career counselors inSultanate of Oman. A career counseling self-efficacy scale and an accurate empathic understanding scale will be designed to assess dependent variables. To answer study questions; means, standard deviations, MANOVA, and Post Hoc comparisons will be utilized.
