A Framework to Analyse Plasticity of Microservices Composition in Pervasive Systems

Microservices help to build systems having advantages in terms of plasticity and elasticity. The interactive microservices composition is a crucial aspect in this matter. The aim of the interactivity is to help the composition of services in an adaptive and personalized manner. Usually, a recommender system is used during the composition process. In such systems, end-users can receive guidance in the form of ordered recommendations. An inappropriate guidance can yield to alter the system plasticity and hence leads to retrograde the system elasticity. Due to the combinatorial explosion of the possible recommendations, the guidance must be analysed on the fly. The main objective of this project is to develop a formal framework that can be used to analyse the plasticity resulting from guidance.
