Abstract

The dark area of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is inadequate attentions to those products that have limitations such as shelf life, need to special equipments and facilities for sales, storage and distribution and so on. For this reason the concept of Cold Chain Management (CCM) was emerged. The main objective of this paper is to develop a linear pair model for selecting the best sales agents as a "Benchmark" in the presence of non-discretionary factors and imprecise data under Free Disposability assumption.
