Yasser F. Hendawy Al-Mahdy is a Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman, where he currently leads the Educational Leadership and Administration Research Group. He also serves as a Professor in the Faculty of Education at Ain Shams University, Egypt. His work has appeared in leading international journals, including Teaching and Teacher Education, Educational Management Administration & Leadership, Leadership and Policy in Schools, and School Leadership & Management. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for several leading international journals. His research focuses on educational leadership, organizational change, teacher leadership, digital transformation in education, and the application of advanced quantitative methods—particularly structural equation modeling—in educational research. He is actively engaged in academic leadership, research capacity building, and international collaboration across the Middle East and beyond.
